Boneless Ribeye
I'm somewhat of a steak snob , and this was perfection! The cut was phenomenal, you could tell it's as fresh as possible, the cook was perfection, the black truffle mac & cheese was the perfect pairing to this ribeye. I cannot wait to come back and try everything else on the menu.
Fresh Catch
We were there to celebrate two Birthdays. All three of us started with the wedge salad. The iceberg lettuce was crispy, cold, and refreshing. The homemade ranch dressing was just the right consistency to run through the layers of lettuce depositing blue cheese crumbles and real bacon bits throughout. The presentation was completed with halved cherry tomatoes. I thoroughly enjoyed it. For my entree I chose the halibut. It was delicious!! The fish was firm yet flaky, delicate yet juicy, and had a melt-in-your mouth consistency complimented by a citron beurre blanc which was delicate enough to support the halibut but not overpower it. We paired that with the grilled asparagus...equally delicious. I had to give my compliments to the chef.... Of course no dinner is complete without dessert. We shared the 6 layer chocolate cake with a side of vanilla ice cream...and dug right in. Prime and Pint is fast becoming my favorite restaurant. Visit for yourself and see why.
Filet Mignon
I'd been waiting to try this place since it opened, and I'm so glad I finally did. This was hands down the best filet I've ever had in my life - and I've eaten a lot of filet. It was cooked to absolute perfection on temperature, and the flavor was simply unreal. I ordered the cowboy butter to go with it but ended up not even using it, because it would interfere with the perfection of the filet alone. I've thought about this filet every day since I went several weeks ago and can't wait to go back.

70 Day Ribeye
OH MY GOSH! This steak was amazing! I typically don't eat steaks out because no one ever cooks them to my liking, but this chef cooked my steak to perfection. My first time trying dry aged steak too. You would think it's be drier, but let me tell you it isn't and the flavors are so bold!
Chicken Wings
The focaccia was amazing! We really enjoyed our steaks but the focaccia stole the show out of the gate!
Tuna Au Poivre
Run, don't walk to Prime and Pint! I had the Tuna and it was fabulous. It was cooked to perfection, flavorful and tender. Literally, the best I have ever had. My husband had the filet and it too was cooked perfectly and flavorful. We even visited the butchery and bought several cute to take home. This is our new favorite spot in Columbia, no need to drive to Nashville!
